To initiate a return, submit your request through our Returns Portal. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your registered address. After the item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, your return will be processed according to your selected option.

Store credit will be issued as a discount code and shared via email. It can be used on future purchases on our website and remains valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Choosing store credit allows you to receive the full refund amount without deductions.

Refunds are processed after approval and generally reflect within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, a ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The ₹250 Cash on Delivery fee is non-refundable.

To initiate an exchange, submit your request through our Exchanges Portal. Once approved, our team will arrange pickup from your registered address. After inspection and approval, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.

We offer one exchange per purchase. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. Replacement products must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference must be paid before dispatch.

For international orders, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a DHL pickup from your location. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will either process a refund or dispatch a replacement item depending on your request.

Store Credits are issued when you choose store credit instead of a refund. After your return is approved, the full order amount will be issued as a discount code sent via email. This code can be applied during checkout on your next purchase.

Store credit codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. They can usually be combined with ongoing offers unless stated otherwise. Store credits are non-transferable, and returns for purchases made using store credits will be refunded back as store credits only.
